Group Classes

KeepFitMammy offer 3 classes each week where little ones of all ages are welcome and exercise is suitable for all levels of fitness and stage of motherhood or pregnancy.

Strength Circuits are 45 minute workouts consisting of circuit style resistance and cardio exercises. These sessions are designed to burn fat whilst building muscle definition.

Bodyweight HIIT are 45 minutes of interval training using only bodyweight. These sessions are perfect for burning calories and improving cardiovascular fitness whilst also improving muscle definition.

Combat Power is the perfect way to start your Saturday morning. You can do this using bodyweight only or weighted gloves or wristbands for added resistance. These workouts are ideal for improving agility and co-ordination whilst also improving cardiovascular fitness and muscle definition.

Sessions are suitable for all fitness levels and can be done throughout pregnancy. Your instructor will advise at what stage you will need to adapt exercises, and this will be done on an individual basis. You will work at your own level and speed which will be closely monitored by your trainer to ensure you are working safely, but still challenging yourself.

Babies remain in pushchairs and can be wheeled around the room as you work on each exercise and toddlers have their own space with plenty to keep them occupied and in full view of mum.
